Abstract
PURPOSE: To raise the productivity of the heat treatment of tubes or strips of different sizes in a roller hearth type heat treatment furnace by hastening the speeds of loading the unloading table lines by a given faster rate than that of line inside the furnace.
CONSTITUTION: The speeds of loading and unloading table lines are made 3W10% faster than that of line inside a roller hearth type continuous heat treatment furnace, and tubes or strips 1 of different sizes, being fed on rollers 2, are heat-treated.
