Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an optical measuring device which analyzes minor deformations, oscillation modes, etc. by making use of holograms, by transmitting the laser beam from an external light source and the reconstructed image obtained in the device by means of optical fibers. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam from a light source is conducted with a single mode fiber 13, and is expanded by a beam expander 15 to parallel luminous fluxes. One of the rays bisected by a half mirror 3 goes through mirrors 6, 6' to provide reference light 7. The other luminous flux is irradiated to an object 4 and provides object light 5. Shutters 16, 17 are opened, and the double exposed holograms before and after the deformation of the object by the object light and the reference light are recorded in a hologram element 8. Next, when only the shutter 17 is opened, the reconstructed image 9 having the interference fringes corresponding to the rate of deformation is obtained, and is formed on the end face of an image fiber 14 via an optical path changer 18 and an imaging lens 19, whereby said image is transmitted.
