Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Preferably 0.001W2wt% calculated as diethylhydroxylamine based on phenol of diethylhydroxylamine and/or its salt as a decoloring and coloring inhibitor is added to a phenol such as phenol, cresol, xylenol, ethylphenol, trimethylphenol, bisphenol A, etc., to prevent the decoloring and coloring of the phenol.
USE: A raw material for synthesizing a synthetic resin, coating compound, adhesive, etc. A raw material for synthesizing a surface active agent, drug, dye, etc. A stabilizer for plastics and rubber.
