Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by connecting both end sections of a pair of approximately quadrilateral armatures by two permanent magnets and arranging approximately H-shaped cores at the insides so that the axial cores of coils are directed in the directions of these permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION:Cores 2, 3 are wound on the central section 1a of the H-shaped core. The areas of one attracting sections 4a, 5a are set to value larger than the areas of the other attracting sections 4b, 5b in a pair of the approximately quadrilateral armatures 4, 5. The armatures 4, 5 are disposed to the upper and lower sections of the core 1 so that the attracting sections 4a, 5a and 4b, 5b, which have each the same areas, are opposed. The armatures 4, 5 are connected by the two permanent magnets 7, 8 at the outsides of both end sections 1b, 1c of the core 1, and supported rotatably centering around axes rectangular to the axial cores of the coils 2, 3. The magnets 7, 8 are magnetized in the same direction. According to such constitution, power consumption can be reduced because the magnetic action of attraction and repulsion in the vicinity of the attracting sections of the core works very effectively.
