Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a transparent electrode pattern simply, by charging a glass base plate in a pattern shape, forming a masking pattern adsorbing toner on the glass base plate, making a transparent electrically-conductive film on the masking pattern, removing the masking pattern from the base plate.
CONSTITUTION: The glass base plate 1 is placed on the earthed electrically-conductive plate 6, the mother board 7 of the electrically-conductive plate with the pattern image punched is placed on the base plate 1, direct current voltage is applied between the electrically-conductive plate and the mother board, and the base plate 1 is charged in the pattern shape of negative. The toner 8 charged with opposite polarity is sprinkled on it, attached to the negative, it 8 is fixed by thermal or chemical treatment, to form a masking pattern. On the pattern, the transparent electrically-conductive film 2 such as SnO2 is formed, and finally the toner 8 is released by rubbing it with a brush, to form a transparent electrode pattern.
