Abstract

PURPOSE: Groups containing several kinds of popsicles each are continuously produced and each group is tightly packed at the same time without packing each popsicle, thus increasing the operation efficiency on the production of sets including popciles of a few kinds.
CONSTITUTION: Different kinds of raw material for making popsicles are charged from a plurality of hoppers 3, 4 in molds 2, 2. The molds are conveyed by driving the conveyor 1, while the stick which is supported with a means 9 is inserted into the popsicle material and the material is frozen in the freezer 7 to form ices including a stick in the molds 2 and 2. Then, the ices are relased from the molds by hot water in the heater 10 and conveyed through the mold releaser 13 to conveyor 14. Then, ices are sent by the conveyor 16 which sends different kinds of popsicles as a group to the packing machine 18 where each group is packed as one package with the packing material 19. Then, the packages are tightly sealed with the cutter 22 provided with a contact bonding mechanism.
