CONSTITUTION:A module 1 having nearly ? shaped vertical section by inserting a rail 6 in the module 1, and connecting and fixing floating electromagnets 4 to the lower side arm 2, and fixing a linear motor 5 to the upper side arm 3 is connected to a travelling body 8 so that the movement and turning may be possible in the right and left, and the upper and lower directions by link mechanisms 91, 92, two thrust links 10 composing a thrust transmission device, and a mounting member 14. And mounting members 12 connecting air springs 11 provided between the travelling body 8 and the module 1 to the travelling body 8 are composed so that the movement in the right and left direction axis may freely be made within a range of fixed length by utilizing a slide mechanism 13.
