PURPOSE:To produce composite parts which are light in weight and have abrasion resistance by molding a ferrous alloy sintered body together with aluminum powder by pressure to one body and sintering the molding thereby binding the aluminum alloy sintered body and the ferrous alloy sintered body to one body. CONSTITUTION:A sintered body of a ferrous alloy is formed of ferrous alloy powder contg. 2-15wt%>=1 kind selected from Cu, Pb, Sn in order to improve the bonding strength between a ferrous sintered body and an aluminum sintered body, then, aluminum powder mixed or alloyed with additive elements and said ferrous alloy sintered body are molded by pressure to one body, after which the molding is sintered at the sintering temp. of said aluminum powder, whereby a composite part 1 bound with a body 3 consisting of the lightweight aluminum sintered body and a part 2 consisting of the ferrous alloy sintered body of high abrasion resistance to one body is produced.
