Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency of a magazine itsefl with a ribbon vibration diaphragm overall, by adhering the ribbon diaphragm to a lower magazine consitituting material automatically and continuously. CONSTITUTION:A ribbon vibration diaphragm 18 wound around a drum 17 in a shape like a roll is guided by a positioning recess part, which is formed on the center circumferential face of a positioning roller 20 provided freely rotatably on a holding frame 19, and is positioned naturally to a moving lower magazine constituting material 5, where a slit 1A is opened in the lengthwise direction and an adhesive layer is formed on the surface, according as the lower magazine constituting material 5 moves on a guide line 11. The ribbon diaphragm 18, which is positioned in this manner, from the drum 17 is not only strained by a press roller 22 but also compressed to the adhesive layer formed on the surface of the magazine constituting material 5 and is adhered to it by a heating means such as a heater.
