Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve biting at the supplying port of a dehydrating and drying device by a method wherein the rubber series latex is contacted with a solidifying liquid at a suction side or discharging side of the interior of a pumping means to solidify it and is forced into the dehydrating and drying device.
CONSTITUTION: In case the dried rubber is manufactured from the rubber series latex by employing a screw extruder type dehydrating and drying device, the rubber series latex and the solidifying liquid are mixed to solidify a part or the whole of them in a turbulent flow area immediately before the suction side of the pumping means, in the turbulent flow area immediately after the discharging side thereof or in the pumping means by employing the pumping means (a monopump, a snake pump, a screw pump, a rotary pump or the like, for example) capable of pumping the non-uniform solidified matter of the rubber latex solidified by mixing with the solidifying liquid, then, the solidified matter is forced into the dehydrating and drying device of the screw extruder type by the pumping means.
