CONSTITUTION:A printer 2, a display device 3, and a keyboard 4 are connected to a CPU5, and an ROM6 and an RAM7 are further connected to the CPU5. This RAM7 stores data on articles corresponding article codes inputted with respective article keys 41. Further, the RAM includes a prescribed stock register 717 and the prescribed number of articles in stock for the generation of a warning is set therein previously. For example, when the number of articles in stock decreases below said number, a buzzer 8 is made to sound to attract operator's attention, and the display device 3 displays the number of aritcles in stock.
