Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the form converting processing efficiency of an operator by easily finding out an area wherein a form is set according to keying operation, and then displaying information on the prescribed form on a display device. CONSTITUTION:A processing state display part 10 and a form display part 11 are provided under a display 7, on which an area 8 where a cursor 12 resides is displayed. When the form of an area 9 is set and this form is to be varied, a correction keys among function keys 6 on a function keyboard 2 is pressed. Then, correction is displayed at a display part 10. With a form key 5 pressed, the cursor 12 moves to the area 9 and while the prescribed form of the area 9 is displayed at the display part 11. form setting is displyed at the display part 10. Thus, forms are changed rapidly and the trouble of an operator is reduced greatly.
