PURPOSE: To provide a vinyl chloride resin compns. having excellent low-temperature characteristics and oil resistance, by blending a specified modified synthetic resin with a flexible internally plasticized vinyl chloride resin.
CONSTITUTION: 10W900pts.wt. modified synthetic resin (such as a resin obtd. by copolymerizing a cyclic linkage-contg. monomer such as caprolactam or cyclohexanol with polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride) is blended with 100pts.wt. flexible vinyl chloride resin such as a resin obtd. by graft-copolymerizing 35W 900pts.wt. alkyl (meth)acrylate (the second-order transition point of its polymer being -10°C or lower) onto 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin in the presence of 2W50pts.wt. acrylonitrile.
