Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove the bubbles in a liquid in a container by irradiation of supersonic wave directing it to the upside of the container from the bottom. CONSTITUTION:A container 1 confined with a liquid is advanced to a lower position 8 by rotation of rollers 5,5'..., and while the container 1 passes through the lower position 8, its bottom is dipped in a dipping liquid. In the dipping tank, where supersonic wave is generated from a supersonic wave oscillator 11, the supersonic wave is irradiated towards the upside of the container 1 from the bottom through the dipping liquid as a medium, whereby bubbles in the liquid in the container 1 are disappeared while it passes through the lower position.
