Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a loudspeaker having high performance and reliability with a simple constitution, by coupling an elastic body constituting a mechanical filter and a diaphragm through a coupler ring. CONSTITUTION:A coupler ring 12 whose whole body has been formed like a ring is provided with ribs 12a, 12b in the center of the inside circumference and the lower end of the outside circumference, respectively. Also, to the rib 12a, the outside circumference of an elastic body 3 is made to adhere, and to the lower end of the outside circumference and the upper surface of the rib 12b, the inside circumference of a diaphragm 2 is made to adhere. According to such a constitution, even in case of a large input, the neck part of the diaphragm 2 and the outside circumference of the elastic body 3 are not bent easily, and accordingly, there is scarcely possibility that each adhering part peels off. Also, since the coupler ring 12 is constituted of a hard material, a concentricity degree of the diaphragm 2 and the elastic body 3 can be taken exactly without using a special jig by incorporating in advance that which has coupled the coupler ring 12 and the elastic body 3, into a frame 7, and after that, inserting the diaphragm 2 from the upper part, and making it adhere.
