Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate centering of an inner and an outer tube and assembling of a rotary shaft for a double-tube type agitating vane for a titled device, by a method wherein the inner tubes, coupled together through a flexible joint, are movably connected to the stopper of the outer tube. CONSTITUTION:Each of inner tubes 3, 3 is inserted into each of outer tubes 2, 2 to be coupled after a stopper 19 engages a bracket 20. As a result, the inner tubes and the outer tubes mate each other for holding in a condition that the inner tubes 3, 3 can move upward but can not move downward at the inside of the outer tubes 2, 2. A coupling means 22, equipped with a flexible joint 21, is placed between the outer tubes, a taper screw ring 25 of the coupling means 22 is screwed in a taper screw cylinder part 27 of the inner tube 3, and the flexible joint 21 is screwed in the taper screw part 27 of the inner tube 3 through a taper screw ring 28 to joint together the tubes 3. The outer tubes 2, 2 are then coupled together with screw cylinders 2a and 2b screwed together.
