As a result, the toner 3 which sticks on the surface of the sleeve 7 from a hopper 4 passes between the sleeve 7 and a photoreceptor 1 and develops the electrostatic latent image on the receptor 1. In this case, the toner layer has the vibrations since the width of the magnetic pole is varied for the roll 6. Thus the fluidity of the toner is increased to facilitate the control of the amount of the toner. This improve the quality of developed image.
