CONSTITUTION:In a changeover switch SW, when a moving contact (a) is switched to a fixed contact (b), a composite video signal with a complete signal form is supplied. When the moving contact (a) of the switch SW is changed over to a fixed contact (c), to a composite video signal supplied to a signal forming circuit SDC, a vertical synchronizing pulse generated at a vertical synchronizing pulse generating circuit SGv and a scramble signal generated at a scramble signal generating circuit SG5 are added at the circuit SDC and the resulting signal is given to a video amplifier VA via the switch SW.
