Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve productivity without enlarging an apparatus, by introducing a rubber sheet held between a pair of upper and lower endless belts into a vulcanizing oven, reciprocating it by return rolls and vulcanizing. CONSTITUTION:A rubber sheet 2 to be vulcanized extruded from an extruder, being put between a pair of upper and lower endless belts 9, is led into a vulcanizing oven 1, and vulcanized, being reciprocated by turning with return rolls 21, then led out. A lower leading belt 9 is provided with tension due to a dancer roll 70 connecting a weight 72 via a tension roll 91 and reciprocated, being spanned between a plurality of conveyor rolls 94, 93. Also, after a proper tension is given in this midway by rolls 61 of a tension roll device 6 pulled by a wire rope 62, a side draw of the belt 9 is preventd by a snaking correction device 50 and the belt 9 is led to an entrance of the oven 1 via tension rolls 92, 91, it puts the sheet 2 between together with the upper belt 9 led via the same process and leads it into the oven 1.
