CONSTITUTION:When a battery B1 for a timer circuit CL and a battery B2 for an alarm circuit Al are both normal, the timer circuit CL and alarm circuit AL are powered up by the batteries B1 and B2 through a selecting circuit S by the output of a detecting circuit D for battery life. If the voltage of one battery drops below a set voltage and its exhaustion is detected, the detecting circuit D generates the detection output and the selecting circuit S supplies the voltage of the other battery to an annunciator E for battery life, thus performing the life annunciation for the battery.
