PURPOSE:To shorten latency time until the start of exposing by providing a switch for commanding the start of exposure and a means for detecting the temperature of a developing part. CONSTITUTION:When an original is transported to an illumination part, the original is exposed to a film by a signal for original detection outputted from a switch for original detection, and a flip-flop 37 is set. In this state, a development start command switch 32 is pressed, a signal ''1'' is outputted from a switch 32, and this signal is inputted to AND gates 40, 41 and 42. By the operation of a timer 46, a capstan roller 9 rotates through a capstan roller driving circuit 45. A developer temperature detector 33 outputs a signal ''1'' to open an AND gate 42, and a flip-flop 39 is set through an OR gate 44. Consequently, the output terminal Q of a flip-flop 39 is held at a level ''1'' and a discharging roller driving source is driven to rotate a discharging roller 14.
