PURPOSE:To prevent mis-copying by providing press-contacting plates for each desired size. CONSTITUTION:An original press-contacting plate 2 on the body of a copying machine has three sheets of press-contacting plates 2a, 2b, 2c. The plate 2a is disposed by aligning its one end 2a' to an original placing reference 3 side, and is of the size at which an original of a size A4 can be pressed. The plate 2b is so formed that its one end 2b' meshes with the other end 2a'' of the plate 2a for A4. The area where the plate 2A for A4 and the plate 2b are joined corresponds to an original size B4. The plate 2c is also so formed as to mesh with the plate 2b at its one end 2c'. These are constituted respectively openably. Index lamps 5, 6, 7 indicate which size of a sheet of feed cassettes 8, 9, 10 is in a feedable state.
