CONSTITUTION:A pair of piezoelectric elements 1a, 1b are elements for converting an electrical signal to displacement, their surfaces become concave when a voltage is energized, and they are integrally laminated. When a voltage is energized to them, the surfaces of the piezoelectric elements 1a, 1b are displaced so that the distance from them to the tip of the air nozzle 2 decreases. As a result, the back pressure of the nozzle is increased, and an air pressure corresponding to this increment is outputted from a pilot valve 3. This output air pressure is also introduced to a pressure sensor 4, is converted into an electrical signal, and is inputted together with an input signal to an operational amplifier 6. If the gain of the adjuster comprising the amplifier 6 is increased, a required feed back signal can be taken out.
