CONSTITUTION:A plate type valve body 6 is moved to a protruded position through a valve body driving air cylinder 9. compressed air is sent into the cylinder 9 from an air intake and discharge duct 19, on the other hand air in the cylinder 9 is discharged from an air intake and discharge duct 20, then a piston 8 rod 7 is operated in an extended direction and the plate type valve body 6 is made to move. Under the above condition, the compressed air is sent to an annular bellows 14 from an air duct 21, the annular bellows 14 is extended, and an annular disc 15 is made to touch a metal gasket 13 for application of preload W1 to the metal gasket 13.
