Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for application amount control, sanitary control and a hardening time and to obtain secure and strong cohesion by adhereing a nonsolvent type adhesive sheet onto a gasket and by cohering this sheet to the circumferential edge of a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive sheet 14 consisting essentially of polyolefin resin and synthetic resin is sandwiched between gasket base paper and peeling paper 16 and thermally press-contacted by a roll 18 to be stuck on the base paper 12. A desired gasket 22 is formed by punching the paper in an annular shape with a die and its shape is nearly conformed to that of the edge of a diaphragm for speaker. A pressurizing device which has a cope 32 and a drag 30 equipped with heaters 36 and 38 externally is used to adhere the gasket 22 to the flank of the circumferential edge of the diaphragm 26 with the adhesive sheet 14. Consequently, facilities are simplified, quality is stabilized, and cohesion is secure and strong.
