PURPOSE:To reduce considerably a required space in the rear of a printing frame, by supporting the middle part of an attaching plate pivotally at the upper end of a supporting arm and turning upward the supporting arm to superpose the attaching plate and the printing frame. CONSTITUTION:Front ends of horizontal arms 3a of a pair of left and right supporting arms 3 having L-shaped side parts are fixed pivotally to left and right parts just before a base 2, which supports a vertical printing frame 1, with horizontal shafts going toward the left and the right. Middle parts of side faces of an attaching plate 5 are fixed pivotally at upper ends of vertical arms 3b of left and right supporting arms 3 with left and right horizontal shafts. A vertical frame supporting the printing frame 1 and proper positions of horizontal arms 3a are connected ferely turnably by a fluid pressure type expanding and contracting device 8 consisting of a cylinder and a piston. The operator enters between the printing frame 1 and the attaching plate 5 and inclines properly the attaching plate 5 around a horizontal shaft 6 to perform required works.
