CONSTITUTION:Line control parts 3-6 are connected with telephone lines a1- a4 through a switchboard, and receive information from a monitor terminal equipment in case of automatic incoming by receiving a call signal. A fault detecting part 13 generates an electric power supply part stop signal 26 when a fault has been detected, or when the operation is stopped by a maintenance and checking switch 25. As a result, an electric power supply 21 which has been in a waiting state is provided to only a line control part group 1. Therefore, the line control parts 3-6 receive a call signal from the switchboard, execute automatic incoming, send out a calling stop signal to the monitor terminal equipment, and stop the subsequent calling. When the remote monitor device reopens its operation, the calling stop is released automatically.
