Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise the quality of cement mortar placed by a method in which an interface meter to detect the boundary between cement mortar and a stabilizing liquid is attached to in place up the discharge port of a cement mortar injection hose, and the injection hose is raised as the boundary rises. CONSTITUTION:A trench 7 is filled with a stabilizing liquid 15, and cement mortar 30 is injected into the bottom of the trench 7 through the lower discharge port 8 of a cement mortar injection hose 5. When the cement mortar 30 increases there and the boundary between the cement mortar 30 and the stabilizing liquid 15 rises, an electric signal is generated from an interfae meter 9 attached to a given place of the hose 5, whereupon a drive motor 4 is driven through a lead line 10 and a drum 12, a hose winding drum 2 is turned, the injection hose 5 is wound up, and the discharge port of the hose 5 is raised. Thus, strong cement mortar wall is constructed without the stabilizing liquid 15 being mixed in the cement mortar 30 to be placed.
