Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A tank 11 for containing spraying and blowing materials, a discharge port 14 in the bottom part thereof, a rotary arm 20 for discharging the material contained in said tank through the port 14 by rotating motion, a flow passage member 16 connecting to the port 14, a flower 40 connected to the member 16 and a sprayer 60 combined with the tank 11 are disposed. A horizontal cleat intersecting orthogonally with the advancing direction of the arm 20 is provided to the port 14, and a control plate 162 which increases or decreases the opening area of the port 14, a suction port 161 which supplies the atmospheric air to the blower 40, and a suction shielding cover 163 which opens and closes the port 161 are provided to the member 16. A ventilation adjusting plate 165 which changes the opening area of the cut window S5 of the cover 163 is provided to said cover.
