Abstract

PURPOSE: To paint welded part easily and quickly by welding metallic members, then spraying powder paint on the welded part before said part is cooled.

When the weld zone 9 thereof is cooled down to about 200°C, powder paint such as epoxy resin is sprayed uniformly on the weld zone. The powder paint melt sticks efficiently on the zone 9. Therefore, the stripped parts of plated layers and paint films for rust prevention on the surfaces of the members 2 produced in the weld zone 9 are coated effectively.
