Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve monitoring accuracy, in a monitoring device of frame stress in a truck or the like, by constituting the device in such a manner that frame stress is arithmetically obtained from pressure applied to a suspension and a pulse signal is output for within a range of prescribed stress to generate a display and alarm. CONSTITUTION:Pressure applied to each suspension is detected by sensors 11-14 and input to an adder 23 through amplifier circuits 15-18, respectively having a prescribed amplification factor, and high frequency component removing filters 19-22. The adder 23 inputs a stress detection signal Ssigma to a sample holding circuit 25 through an absolute value forming circuit 24. Output of the circuit 25 is compared with limit value of level setters 30-32 in comparators 27-29. In accordance with this condition, a pulse signal PO of an oscillator circuit 39 is applied to multivibrator circuits 40-42 to drive counters 43-45 and turn on a lamp 52 through a driver circuit 51 and relay 50. In this constitution, a display is performed simultaneously monitoring accuracy can be improved.
