CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin coating layer 12 of vinyl chloride or the like is coated around a belt-shaped steel plate core material 11 of U-shaped section. A foaming material 14 is pasted by thermal welding or the like to the rear side of a leatherette sheet 13, applied with dappled figures, to form a surface skin 15, and the surface skin 15 is coated in such a manner as to envelop a lower side and both ends of the coating layer 12 of the core material 11, then the material 11 is set to the small contour part of a heated molding roller 16, finally an areas in the vicinity of a large contour parts 16a are pressurized by press rollers 17 made by a thin disc.
