A pin 7 provided with a flange 7a is inserted into the pin hole 6a of the pitman arm 6 of a power steering mechanism mounted on a front axle bracket 1. When the pitman arm 6 is swung by the rotation of an input shaft 9 of a steering unit 8, the pin 7 slides on the slope 4a of the top of the guide plate 4 so that the pin moves sidewards or outwards. At that time, a front wheel 10 near the plate 4 cannot move down. As a result, the other side's front wheel 11 is lifted.
