Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The anode of the photo coupler 11 is connected to the + side of the power source E11 via resistors R11, R13 and to the - side of the power source E via the capacitor C11 from between of resistors R11, R13. Besides, the cathode of the photo coupler 11 is directly connected to an input terminal 12. On the other hand, the collector of the photo coupler 11 is connected to the + side of the power source E12 via a resistor R13 and the emitter to the - side of the power source E12. In the open state of the input terminal 12, the charges of the power source E1 make the capacitor C11 charge, and later in the close state, the forward current of the photo coupler increases by the application of discharge current of the capacitor C11 on normal current for the improvement of switching characteristic.
