Abstract
PURPOSE:To indicate suitable exposure in a moment by dividing a subject into a lot of picture elements to photograph them and installing an apparatus to extract the maximum and minimum of the outputs from the photographing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A part of lights passed through a photographing lens 1 passes through a half mirror 2 with the transmission factor of 10%, for example, and forms the image of the subject on a shutter screen 4 with the same reflecting characteristic with that of a film 3. Although the image is out of focus since the shutter screen 4 is separated from the film 3, nothing has influence to the photometric purpose. The image on the shutter screen 4 is projected on a solid pickup element 6 through a photometric lens 5. The solid pickup element 6 with several tens or hundreds of picture elements is used in the same construction as a television pickup element.
