Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the suction of air through an opening part at the bottom surface of a device of forming raw liquid to thin film shapes in a vertical cylindrical body and dehydrating the same by heating under reduced pressure with a simple installation and to prevent the recondensation and outflow of evaporated components by providing a rotating disc to said opening part. CONSTITUTION:A revolving shaft 2 mounted with rotary vanes 3 coaxially to a vertical cylindrical body 1 having a jacket 5 for heating is provided in said body 1, and the raw liquid supplied from the upper part into the body 1 is made into thin film shapes along the inside circumferential surface of the body 1. While it falls down, its water is evaporated by evacuation and heating to dehydrated concentrate 6, which is discharged in the form of cylindrical thin films 6 from the opening part at the bottom surface. A disc 4 is stuck to the bottom end of the shaft 2 and is rotated by the shaft 2 slightly below the opening part at the bottom surface. The ratio d/D between the diameter (d) of the disc 4 and the diameter D of the opening at the bottom surface is increased to the extent at which the discharging of treated liquid is not interfered.
