Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to form a heat collecting surface on a solar-heat utilizing means with ease, by using a heat absorbing medium obtained by applying an adhesive agent over the back surface of an aluminum foil, applying a waterproof parting paper over the back surface of aluminum foil after coating of the adhesive agent, and finally forming a selective absorption film of solar heat over the surface of the aluminum foil. CONSTITUTION:A roll 3 for applying an adhesive agent 2 and a pusher roll 5 are disposed between aluminum foil 1 wound in the form of a coil and a reel 6 for winding thereon the aluminum foil 1. Further, a waterproof parting paper 4 wound in the form of a roll is provided such that it can be supplied successively to the pusher roll 5. With such an arrangement, a layer 8 of the adhesive agent 2 is at first formed over the back surface of the aluminum foil 1 by means of the adhesive agent coating roll 5, and then the waterproof parting paper 4 is applied further by means of the pusher roll 5. Treatment on the back surface of the aluminum foil 1 is completed by winding the aluminum foil applied with the adhesive agent 2 and the waterproof parting paper 4 around the reel 6. Subsequently, a selective absorption film 7 is formed over the surface of aluminum foil 1 by unwinding the foil 1, for instance, into an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid, forming a porous oxide layer over the foil surface through anodizing process by passing DC current to the same, and then applying electrolytic process to the porous oxide layer by the use of AC current.
