For example, the battery power is too consumed to turn the rotor 55 when a cam gear 51 rotates to the position shown in the figure through the operation of a playback operating element 14, and the motor 55 stops. In this case, when both contacts 811 and 812 of a switch 81 are made through the operation of a button 82, a short circuit is formed between both terminals of the governor circuit 67 through switches 61 and 81 and the battery power is supplied directly to the motor 55. Consequently, the motor 55 is applied with the battery voltage higher by the voltage drop of the governor circuit 67 and the cam gear 51 is rotated fast to its original position.
