PURPOSE:To eliminate the moire of a transmission type screen which uses a light diffusing layer as an intermediate layer and also has a Fresnel lens on the other surface, by making the thickness of transparent resin, forming a lenticular lens, greater than the focal length of this lens. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of a light diffusing layer 4, a lenticular lens 3 is provided in such a way that the resin layer thickness of the lenticular lens 3 is greater than the focal length F so that the focal points 5 are in the transparent resin layer of the lens 3. On the other surface of the layer, a Fresnel lens 2 is provided to obtain a transmission screen for a projection TV. Then, the concentric Fresnel fringes of the Fresnel lens 2 are eliminated by being diffused by the light diffusing layer 4, so the generation of moire between lines of the lenticular lens 3 is eliminated.
