Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize communication by a handset and a loudspeaker with excellent communication performance, by using one transmitter and one receiver and switching the characteristics of telephone set circuit. CONSTITUTION:A speaker 12 as a receiver located in a case 13 and a microphone 11 as a transmission are connected to 2-4 line converting circuit 10 connected to a subscriber line via two amplifiers 14 and 15 switchable with a switch circuit 16. The amplifier 14 includes a frequency correcting circuit realizing a signal transmission and reception level to a suitable line at handset call and the amplifier 15 has a similar function as the said amplifier 14 used at loudspeaker call. The amplifiers 14 and 15 are suitably used with changeover and the swtich circuit 16 for the purpose is provided, e.g., under a case 13 and when the case is located on a desk, it is convinient to connect the amplifier 15 for the loudspeaker call.
