Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce a decorative sheet with remarkable roughness by following process in which a printing image is painted on a base material with synthetic resins containing two foaming agents having different foam-decomposition temperatures respectively and then is caused to foam by heating. CONSTITUTION:Dew drop printing image is painted on the base material 1 with synthetic resin 2 containing first foaming agent. Then, synthetic resin 3 containing second foaming agent having higher decomposition temperature than that of the first foaming agent covers said dewdrop image like printing image. Next, these layers are caused to foam by heating. On account of the difference between their decomposition temperatures, synthetic resin layer 2 containing the first foaming agent is caused to foam, under the condition where the synthetic resin layer 3 containing the second foaming agent keeps tightness yet, and it becomes coarse cells from fine cells. At this state, the synthetic resin layer 3 containing the second foaming agent begins to foam gradually. The coarse cells become large foams, and the cavity like cores 4 are formed.
