Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the scattering of soil and sand and collect discharged soil in a discharged soil hopper smoothly by a method wherein a discharged soil pipe is provided above a pile cap, and the discharged soil is fed transversally and discharged through a discharged soil receiver and a chute.
CONSTITUTION: A double-structure pipe 10 for discharged soil is connected to the upper part of a pile cap 5 holding a pile 4 and is vertically expanded or contracted by means of the oil-pressure cylinders 11 and 12 of a pile driver. And, a screw auger 6 for internal excavation is connected to the inside of the pipe 10 to form a soil path through which excavated soil and sand are raked upwards. The soil and sand raked up to the upper end opening of the pipe 10 enter a soil receiver 14 provided with a soil transversal feeder, is fed to a soil chute 15, and then collected in a discharged soil hopper 16. Thus, the excavated soil can be orderly discharged without causing damage to the pile, and also the after treatment of the discharged soil can be easily performed.
