Abstract

PURPOSE: To inject fuel of adequate amount in accordance with the state of an engine, by correcting the width of a fundamental pulse with a previously stored correction amount of pulse width of the fuel injection fundamental pulse.
CONSTITUTION: Output of a thermal flow meter 10 for measuring the intake air amount of an engine is connected to a voltage-flow converter 12 that converts output voltage of said meter 10 into a value showing a flow rate of intake air. Output of the converter 12 is connected to a fundamental pulse arithmetic unit 14 to calculate width of a fuel injection fundamental pulse from a signal showing the flow rate of said converter output and measured speed of the engine. A fundamental pulse-speed correction circuit 16 indexes a correction value of the fundamental pulse with width of the fundamental pulse, which is an output of the arithmetic unit 14, and the speed of the engine. To output of the correction unit 16, a correction unit 18 for various kinds of correction is connected.
