Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the quality of manufacturing and assembling by laminating a plurality of blade elements which consists of joined wave-shaped blade elements and plate elements and are provided with an opening for air suction at the center.
CONSTITUTION: A blade element 1 having an air suction opening 2 consists of a plate element 3 and a wave-shaped element 4 which is connected to one surface of the plate element 3. The wave-shaped element 4 constitutes a train of waves alternately repeated by a concave strip 4a and a convex strip 4b. A boss 6, which is fitted into the rotary shaft of a motor, is provided at the center of an end plate 5. A laminated blade wheel 7 is constituted on the end plate 5. The laminated blade wheel 1 consists of many laminated layers, forming into almost a cylindrical shape. When the laminated blade wheel 7 makes a rotary drive, the concave strips 4a and the convex strips 4b act as a means of blade, and introduces the air into a hollow portion and discharge the air outward through a suction channel 8.
