Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce a pulling resistance of a pile, by a method wherein the ground around a pile, driven into the earth, is excavated and discharged through the rotation of a casing auger, and after the ground and the pile are separated from each other, the pile is pulled out by means of a wire.
CONSTITUTION: A casing auger 4 is positioned corresponding to an outer circumference of a pile 12 driven underground, and the ground around the pile 12 is excavated and discharged through the rotation of the auger 14. After the auger 14 excavates the soil down to a given depth, loop parts 5b of wires 5, which are wound around an oversized part 6 of the auger 4 for the storage, are tightened around the outer circumference of the pile 12. After the auger 14 is reversed to be lifted, the upper end of the wires 5, 5 are wound up by means of a winch. This causes tightening of the loop parts 5b of the wires 5, 5 around the underground pile 12 and permits pulling out of the underground pile 12.
