Abstract

PURPOSE: To consolidate an excavated surface, by a method wherein a fixing frame, provided with vertical blade plates corresponding to front, rear, right and left wall surfaces of an excavated hole, is securely attached to a hang shaft of a clamshell bucket, and the vertical blade plates are caused to stretch out by means of their respective drive means.
CONSTITUTION: A fixing frame 3 is securely connected to a hang shaft 2 of a clamshell bucket 1 in proximity of the bucket 1. Vertical blade plates 5, 6, 7, and 8, corresponding to front, rear, left, and right surfaces, respectively, of a hole 4 excavated by the bucket 1, are attached to the frame 3. The vertical blade plates 5, 6, 7, and 8 can be stretched out toward the wall surfaces by means of a hydraulic plunger or other driving means, and this causes consolidation of 4-way wall surfaces of the excavated hole 4.
