Abstract
PURPOSE:To execute a uniform photometry corresponding to a luminance distribution of an object to be photographed, by varying stepwise or continuously a inclined angle on plural inclined reflection surfaces for forming a separated light beam, in the plane containing a relief type diffracted structure body. CONSTITUTION:In a photometric view field 53, an area 54 on which a reflection film has been provided like a relief type diffracted grid is separated into two zones, and they are nemed an A-zone and a B-zone from the center side of the photometric view field. When grid inclined angles of the A-zone and the B-zone are made alphaA, alphaB, grids are provided so as to be 45 deg.>=alphaA>alphaB. Reflection factors of a reflection film 57 of the A-zone and the B-zone are made uniform irrespective of a zone. As a result, a photometric sensitivity of the A-zone becomes higher than that of the B-zone, and a distribution of center part importance is attached to the photometric sensitivity. Said constitution is applied to two kinds of zones, and a shape of a zone and the number of zones are selected suitably in accordance with a desired photometric distribution.
