CONSTITUTION:A current detecting device 21 to be used to detect the current of a motor 8, a drooping characteristic correction setting device 22 to be used to set the amount of correction of the drooping characteristic of a motor 2 and a drooping characteristic of a motor 2 and a droopint characteristic controlling circuit 23 to be used to control the drooping characteristic of the motor 2 are provided. When the current of the motor 8 is increased due to the deviation of the speed harmonization of the first bridle 7 and a skin pass mill 1, the deviated current for the set value by the drooping characteristic correction setting device 22 is fed back and corrected to the speed of the skin pass mill 1, and a smooth speed harmonization of the first bridle 7 and the skin pass mill 1, having a different motor capacity, are performed without stopping the first bridle 7 and the skin pass mill 1 due to an excess current and also without giving disturbance to the catenary control.
