Abstract
PURPOSE:To distribute water without causing a water hammer phenomenon and water leakage phenomenon, by finding time-series variations of the constant flow rate through time-series movement, and by controlling a flow rate control valve near a regulating reservoir according to the variations of the flow rate. CONSTITUTION:Purified water reserved in a regulating tank 1 is fed to a water receiving tank 9 via a conduit 5 on a natural flowing-down basis. A momentary flow rate from the flow-rate transmitter 6 of a flow-meter 3 installed in the conduit 5 and a state from a water feed valve 2 are inputted to a process input and output equipment 11 to be converted into digital values. This flow-rate signal is read by an input processor 11 at a constant period, and a flow-rate arithmetic device 16 finds an increase or decrease direction of the time-series movement of the momentary flow rate by a unit time, thereby calculating the increment or decrement. The output of the device 16 is converted by the processor 11 into an analog signal, which is stored in an analog memory 10 to be inputted to a flow-rate controller 4. According to an increase or decrease in variations of the obtained flow rate, the controller 4 controls a flow rate control valve 2 to determine the adequate quantity of fed water.
