Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a pickled plate with uniform and beautiful appearance by using a pickling liquid containing a specific amount of Ni ion.
CONSTITUTION: For example, in a pickling liquid of a continuous pickling line equipped wth plural hydrochloric acid pickling tanks, 40W100ppm of Ni ion is containd. Said Ni ion is provided by supplying a NiCl2 powder to the pickling liquid. In a pickled plate pickled by the resultant pickling liquid, a streak like pattern is not generated on a surface thereof and uniform and beautiful appearance is obtained.
